GeniusOne has a companion Parent Mobile App which you will need to download and log-in to enjoy all the features. Please click on the link and download the Mobile App relevant to your device.

After Downloading, provide your email when prompted in the app. Please note, the email has to match the email address provided to the centre. For clarity, the email address is the same one where you are receiving this Welcome email.

Once your email is verified, we will send you a temporary password (by email). Once the login is successful, the app will then present you with a screen for PIN NUMBER. 

 If you are logging in for the first time, please click on the 'Generate PIN' option and create a memorable PIN Number of 4 or 6 Digits. You can then use this to Sign in to the App in the future. On Android devices that have biometric capabilities, you can also click on the 'Use Biometric' Option to log in using your fingerprint or face recognition.

After the above steps are successful, you will be able to explore all the app features.

We hope you enjoy this app and the many exciting features that will help you keep up-to-date and organize your centre's communication.

You can also change your Details after you log in to the mobile app by going to your profile.
