Timeslots – Advanced Assignments

Timeslots have now become advanced. You can now add multiple timeslots both for Primary day and Secondary day. Timeslots can be for the same day (Different times) or different days. You can choose multiple timeslots using the Bulk Slot Assignment option in the Timeslots menu.

From the left side menu bar select Lesson Scheduling > Timeslots. In the top menu bar select  Bulk Actions > Bulk Slot Assignment

This will give you more flexibility in assigning slots to students that span multiple timeslots, for eg; for students who are enrolled in more than one subject and should be assigned 2 slots on the same day.

Parents also get a brand new view to see the timeslots assigned to the students with a more simplified view in the Timeslot section of the Parent App.
